In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions that enhance customer experiences, drive sales performance, and streamline service processes. This is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, translating business requirements into actionable solutions, and mentoring junior team members.ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients to gather and analyze business requirements forCustomer Service and Sales processes .Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to enhance customer engagement, case management, and sales pipeline effectiveness.Advise clients on leveraging thePower Platform , including Power Automate and Canvas Apps, to automate workflows and improve productivity.Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and live demonstrations for clients.Mentor and support junior consultants in D365 best practices and functional knowledge.Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with Microsoft standards and client objectives.Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Document functional designs, process flows, and solution architecture for client projects.Experience & SkillsProven experience as a D365 CE Consultant with functional expertise inCustomer Service and Sales modules .Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and thePower Platform .Experience deliveringend-to-end D365 CE implementationsfocused on sales and customer service outcomes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience leading client workshops, solution design sessions, and mentoring junior team members.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageCareer development and advancement opportunitiesLocation Chicago, Illinois – Full-Time (Hybrid or Remote)How to Apply Submit your CV to be considered for this position.
