Office Assistant

Are you looking for a fun upbeat office to work in? Look no further because this is the office for you. We are a local Portable Toilet provider that is looking for someone who is quick on their feet and a quick learner. The office is open Monday through Friday 8-5. Overtime is normal during summer months as we are extremely busy with the extra work load. Duties may include but are not limited to: Answering phone calls and emails QuickBooks account set up Primary contact with customers is via email/phone, occasional walk-ins 10-key & typing skills are required Invoicing & charging accounts Calling & collecting on past due accounts Creating Monthly Newsletters for Route Drivers Bank Deposits Creating documents as needed - familiarity with Microsoft Word & Pages is preferred Helping create & implement new policies as needed Following specific in-house coded systems Scheduling pick-ups & deliveries of units with limited space on trucks Assisting with setting the routes as needed Helping with yard work as needed Sourcing, ordering, & restocking supplies Weekly Accounts Receivable reporting Ideal candidate skills: Detail Oriented Good communication within the office staff and with drivers Great customer service Ability to handle constructive critism Ability to multi-task with accuracy Ability to handle difficult customers Problem solving skills Ability to work in a sometimes stressful environment Ability to adapt to company changes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Customer service: 2 years (Required) Ability to Relocate: Albany, OR 97321: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
