As a Dishwasher, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchenware and maintaining an organized, safe workspace to support our food service team’s success.Hourly Pay: $16.90 – $20.00Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and life insurance plus great in-store discountsWhat You’ll DoClean, sanitize, and organize dishes, silverware, glassware, and cooking utensils using manual and machine methodsMaintain proper water temperatures and ensure compliance with health code standardsMonitor and replenish cleaning supplies as neededOrganize storage areas and maintain inventory of equipment and suppliesTrack breakage and report equipment lossesKeep the dishwashing area, including floors, counters, and walls, clean and safeRemove waste and empty bus tubs promptlyStock and rotate produce in kitchen walk-in and dry goods storage areasMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen storage and walk-in coolerEnsure a safe work environment by removing debris and hazardsAssist in training new dishwashers when neededCollaborate productively and respectfully with team membersEmpty trash and transfer it to dumpstersSupport deliveries by stacking cases weighing up to 70 pounds and breaking down produce palletsWhat You BringExperience & Skills:No prior experience required this is an entry-level positionWillingness to learn cleaning and sanitation proceduresBasic understanding of health and safety standards preferredTeamwork & Abilities:Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and co-workersCommitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workspacePhysical RequirementsStand and perform repetitive motions for up to 8 hoursLift, push, and carry equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds regularlyLift and stack cases up to 70 pounds during deliveries and stock rotationBend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead as neededWork indoors and outdoors in various temperature and weather conditionsFollow all health code requirements diligentlySchedule RequirementsMust be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysWhy Join Mother’s Market?You’ll be part of a company that values health, safety, and teamwork.
