Tea Collection in Berkeley is seeking a Store Manager who believes retail is about people first. You will lead a high-performing team, build relationships with families, and create an in-store experience that welcomes every customer.
You will mentor staff, optimize scheduling, hit sales goals, manage inventory and operations, and report results to the Emeryville-based brand team. This role requires 3–5+ years in retail management, weekend availability, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
