The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and have experience applying system engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.In Addition, You WillCommunicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288Independently analyze and recommend alternatives for elements of project’s technical design.Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of a work product in Technical Process Areas associated with the ISO/IEC 15288.Required EducationQualified candidates must meet one of the following criteria:A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience ORA High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area) may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree ORA Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one (1) year of systems engineering experience ORA PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics) from an accredited college or university may be substituted for three (3) years of systems engineering experience.Salary Range: $146,400-183,000The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, BCT-LLC considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.What We Offer Very competitive 401(k) Plan with Matching Contributions Independent 401(k) and Investment Advisory Services BCT-Funded Health Savings Account (HSA) Health/Dental/Vision Coverage Competitive PTO & Federal Holiday package Life/AD&D/Disability Coverage paid 100% by BCT Generous Employee Referral Program Tuition/Training Reimbursement Gym Membership Program Pet Adoption Program Several Scholarship Opportunities- available to BCT family members/dependentsOur StoryFounded in 2006, BCT LLC is a small business built on a strong foundation of core values: Humility, Respect, Integrity, Loyalty, Kindness, Gratitude, Innovation, and Initiative.
