This role requires a sophisticated blend of elevated beverage service and acute situational awareness unique to an active shooting range setting. The successful candidate will craft precision cocktails and provide engaging, discreet service to high-net-worth members while strictly adhering to OSHA-aligned safety standards. Artisanal Service: Prepare and serve premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with resort standards and Texas state law. Member Engagement: Deliver personalized, professional service to members and guests, maintaining a strong knowledge of curated spirits, wines, and craft cocktails to confidently provide recommendations. Operational Excellence: Maintain meticulous bar cleanliness, manage inventory levels, execute requisition orders, and complete daily shift reports. Collaborative Flow: Coordinate seamlessly with club attendants and staff to ensure a fluid guest experience from the range to the lounge. Compliance: Maintain active TABC certification and uphold luxury sanitation and presentation standards at all times. Sporting Club & Safety Protocols (OSHA-Aligned) Situational Awareness: Maintain constant awareness of firearm activity and strictly adhere to all restricted zone boundaries and safety perimeters. Safety Compliance: Comply with all OSHA standards regarding workplace safety, hazard communication, and incident reporting. Environmental Safety: Recognize and mitigate hazards including noise exposure, moving vehicles, uneven terrain, and variable outdoor conditions. Professional Boundaries: Strictly prohibited from handling firearms or ammunition; all firearm-related operations must be deferred to certified range personnel. Responsible Service: Execute vigilant alcohol service protocols tailored to a safety-sensitive, active-range environment. Incident Reporting: Immediately report any unsafe conditions, near-misses, or incidents per company and OSHA protocols. Employment Standards Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older. Certification: Current TABC certification is required. Experience: Previous bartending experience required; experience in luxury resorts, private clubs, or high-end hospitality preferred. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a sophisticated clientele. Demeanor: Must maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Physical & Environmental Demands Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Outdoor Exposure: Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, subject to Texas Hill Country weather conditions (heat, sun, and wind). Acoustic Environment: Regular exposure to elevated noise levels (gunfire) which may exceed 85 dBA. PPE Requirements: Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, is required in designated high-noise zones. Safety Culture: Must adhere to all hydration and heat-safety protocols during outdoor shifts. Education High School or better.
