A boutique probate law firm based in West Los Angeles is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Assistant to join its collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity for a Litigation Assistant to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced, high-performing environment while contributing to meaningful client outcomes through strong organization, communication, and legal support skills.Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support as a Litigation Assistant to multiple attorneys, ensuring smooth day-to-day operationsPrepare, format, and finalize legal documents as a Litigation Assistant, including basic pleadings, discovery, and court filings (e-filing and proofs of service)Manage complex calendaring responsibilities as a Litigation Assistant, scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings across multiple mattersAssist with trial preparation in the role of Litigation Assistant, organizing exhibits, maintaining binders, and supporting case readinessServe as a key point of contact as a Litigation Assistant, handling client and vendor communications with professionalism and discretionSupport client onboarding/offboarding, document management, and records organization as a Litigation Assistant with strong attention to detailThrive as a Litigation Assistant in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking, confidentiality, and collaboration, while leveraging legal technology and office systems All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
