Role SummaryThis leader will take ownership of a fragmented systems environment (10–15 applications) and transform it into a cohesive, scalable ecosystem. You will oversee an internally developed application, Mobile Force, and enhance it through AI integration, data tools (Power BI), and GIS platforms.With no existing internal team, this role requires someone who can operate independently, partner with external developers/consultants, and eventually build out internal capabilities.A key early priority will be leading the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite (ERP) and establishing a standardized platform that supports operations across multiple business entities.Key Responsibilities1. Systems & Ecosystem OwnershipOwn and evolve the company’s entire technology ecosystem across business unitsConsolidate and standardize 10–15 disparate systems into a unified platformBuild scalable infrastructure to support multi-entity operations2. Application & Platform DevelopmentTake ownership of the internally built Mobile Force applicationDrive enhancements through:AI integrationPower BI and advanced analyticsGIS and mapping toolsEnsure the platform supports real-world field operations3. ERP Implementation (NetSuite)Lead the full deployment and rollout of NetSuiteAlign financial, operational, and project data into a centralized systemEnsure adoption and long-term scalability4.
