Delivery Manager - Guidewire
Responsibilities Following are the day-to-day work activities Own end-to-end delivery across P&C insurance engagements Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies Ensure high-quality delivery aligned to SLA/KPI expectations Drive Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery across distributed teams Provide strong oversight across P&C insurance processes Partner with business teams to translate requirements into execution plans Ensure alignment with insurance operational and regulatory standards Coordinate onshore and offshore teams (Dev, QA, BA, Architects, Scrum Masters) Track delivery progress, productivity, and utilization Ensure governance and reporting discipline Prepare executive dashboards and status reports Support PI planning, sprint reviews, and governance meetings Maintain visibility on risks, issues, and mitigations Requirements Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to assess the eligibility of their profile. The must have requirements are: 10–15+ years of IT delivery / program management experience Strong experience in P&C Insurance domain (mandatory) Proven experience managing onshore–offshore delivery models Strong Agile / SAFe execution experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and production support environments Good To Have Exposure to Claims projects and/or Guidewire ClaimCenter Experience in Data programs (reporting, analytics, migration, data modernization) Familiarity with insurance transformation or digital initiatives Experience in MSP / managed services environments Exposure to automation / GenAI in delivery environments
