Built from the ground up with providers in mind, it features AI-powered tools like hands-free note writing and workflow automations that reduce administrative burden?giving you more time for what matters most: your patients.We?ve built a workplace where clinicians are supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.Your RoleAs a vital member of our Primary Care team, you?ll provide patient-centered care while collaborating with colleagues in a high-performing, innovative environment.What You'll DoPerform thorough patient histories and physical examsProvide basic women?s health services, including Pap smearsDevelop evidence-based workups and treatment plansCare for adult patients (no pediatrics)Interpret x-rays, lab results, and EKGsManage patient flow efficiently with support from our Central Support teamProvide leadership for medical assistants and clinic staffConsult supervising physicians as needed within scope of practiceManage a patient panel with a focus on evidence-based quality careAbout YouCertified NP or PA with an active state licenseCurrent national certification and unrestricted DEA licenseAt least 1 year of primary care or similar clinical experienceComfortable providing adult care and basic women?s health servicesTech-savvy and adaptable, with a passion for patient-centered innovationDedicated to teamwork, transparency, and continuous learningBLS and/or ACLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon HealthWhy You?ll Love Working Here4-Day Work Week ?
