*Job Title: Assembler* *Location: Elgin, IL * *Shift & Compensation:*

• *1st Shift:* Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM | *$17.50/hr*
• *2nd Shift:* Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM | *$19.00/hr*

*Position Summary:* We are hiring a detail-oriented *Assembler* to build, test, and pack electronics components. You will use hand tools to attach precise parts, verify product quality through functional testing, and prepare finished goods for final delivery. *Key Responsibilities:*

• *Component Assembly:* Fit and attach radio parts including antennas, buttons, and internal electronic components.
• *Tool Operation:* Safely use hand tools and torque guns to secure connections according to specifications.
• *Product Labeling:* Properly place product labels and align wires/connectors accurately.
• *Quality Testing:* Run functional checks on each completed unit to guarantee it works perfectly before shipping.
• *Packing:* Securely pack finalized products into designated shipping containers.

*Requirements:*

• *Physical Demands:* Ability to stand continuously for the entire 8-hour shift and comfortably lift up to 35 lbs.
• *Safety Gear:* Steel-toe shoes are strictly required on the production floor.
• *Skills:* Good hand-eye coordination, ability to follow visual assembly instructions, and experience with basic hand tools.
