If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a team that values quality and efficiency, you’ll fit right in.Position Summary:The Heavy-Duty Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of trucks and equipment. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. You’ll be trusted to keep equipment running safely and efficiently while supporting overall shop productivity.What You’ll Be Doing:Inspect, diagnose and repair heavy-duty trucks, trailers and equipmentMaintain accurate repair orders and documentationSuggest additional service work when appropriateMeet deadlines set by the Service ManagerKeep your work area clean, organized, and safeProperly use and maintain company tools and equipmentWork closely with technicians, parts, and service teams to keep workflow movingStep in to support and mentor other technicians when needed What We’re Looking For:Experience with:Heavy truck suspension, steering, and brakesHydraulic systemsPneumatic systemsElectrical diagnosticsWelding and fabricationStrong problem-solving and diagnostic skillsGood communication and a team-oriented mindsetComfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environmentBasic computer skillsMust have your own toolsValid Michigan driver’s license required; CDL preferredClean driving record and insurable under company policyAbility to lift up to 100 lbs Core Values:Speed: Speed is a defining trait of all that we do, but never at the expense of quality.Reliability: We do what we say we are going to do.
