We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive construction site experience, and expertise in project management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse construction teams and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality infrastructure developments.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Oversee daily operations on construction sites, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Develop and implement construction schedules, resource allocation plans, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular quality control inspections and quality assurance checks to meet industry standards.
Perform or supervise construction inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Manage project estimating processes, including cost control and procurement strategies.
Monitor progress and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays or cost overruns.
Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all projects.
Experience
Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in overseeing large-scale projects.
Extensive construction site experience with knowledge of construction inspection and quality control procedures.
Familiarity with construction estimating, project management software, and scheduling tools.
Electrical experience is highly desirable to effectively oversee electrical components of projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and manage resources efficiently.
Prior experience in construction inspection and quality assurance is preferred. This position requires a dedicated professional committed to excellence in construction operations management, capable of driving project success through strategic planning, leadership, and technical expertise.
Pay: $55,409.00 - $71,655.21 per year
