PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.The ideal candidate will have experience developing and facilitating dual diagnosis groups, and possess strong knowledge of motivational interviewing, harm reduction strategies, twelve step programs, and detoxification resources. Proven experience in community-based work with adults facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is essential.Responsibilities:Provide clinical and dual diagnosis services including individual and group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and substance use education, using evidence-based practices like motivational interviewing and harm reductionSupport consumer empowerment and recovery by promoting autonomy, informed choice, community integration, and respectful, trauma-informed care that upholds dignity, cultural sensitivity, and human rightsCoordinate and manage care as a primary case manager for assigned consumers, participating in treatment planning, assessments, documentation, and regular interdisciplinary team meetingsBuild therapeutic relationships to assess client strengths, needs, and functional abilities, delivering targeted problem-solving interventionsContribute to team development and coverage by leading dual diagnosis efforts, providing training and supervision support, attending required meetings and trainings, managing shift coverage, and participating in the 24/7 on-call rotationQualifications:Requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related fieldMassachusetts (LADC, LMHC, LCSW, OR LICSW) or license eligible required Experience working with adults with substance abuse disordersValid Massachusetts drivers license Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm (with rotating a 12-8 shift, weekend and on-call rotation) Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase Annual Salary: $64,459.20 USD - $64,459.20 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
