All Source Tech Intel Analyst

Overview In this role you will serve as a senior all-source technical intelligence analyst focusing on missile systems and related technologies. You’ll integrate intelligence with engineering data to characterize capabilities, vulnerabilities, and operational implications, supporting vehicle survivability and defense programs. You will lead exploitation activities, produce technical products, and brief DoD and IC stakeholders. This opportunity lets you influence national security through advanced science and engineering in a collaborative environment. ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior all-source technical intelligence analyst and SME for foreign missile systems and threat technologiesResearch, evaluate, integrate, and interpret intelligence from multiple sources to assess weapon system design, performance, and countermeasuresPlan, lead, and assess foreign materiel exploitation activities including flight trials and telemetry analysisAuthor and coordinate foundational and tailored scientific and technical intelligence productsDevelop and deliver high-level technical briefings and threat assessments to DoD, IC, and operations stakeholdersProvide direct threat intelligence support to vehicle survivability and defensive system development programsDevelop, validate, and maintain structured technical data and knowledge-base entries for foreign missile systemsIdentify intelligence gaps and collaborate with engineers, analysts, and partners to resolve priority questionsLead technical exchanges and communities of interest among government, industry, and international partnersProvide technical leadership, peer review, and mentorship for analytic products and multidisciplinary efforts Key requirementsBachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering) or Intelligence Studies15+ years in scientific and technical intelligence or related fieldsExperience analyzing foreign missile or weapon systems and integrating intelligence with engineering dataExperience authoring and coordinating intelligence products meeting standardsExperience delivering technical briefings to senior audiencesAbility to lead multidisciplinary analytic efforts and mentor othersActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraph requirementleadershipmentorshipcollaborationforeign materiel exploitationmodeling and simulation outputstelemetry analysis
