The candidate will work closely with the US-based leadership and product team and will help ensure high-quality execution across a distributed engineering team. You will have strong ownership of your work, influence over technical decisions, and the opportunity to contribute directly to meaningful product development.Your ResponsibilitiesHands-On DevelopmentBuild and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot preferred)Develop modern frontend features using React and Next.jsTake ownership of features from planning through releaseContribute to bug fixes, enhancements, and performance improvementsCode Quality & Best PracticesParticipate in and lead code reviews to maintain high engineering standardsHelp ensure code is clean, maintainable, and production-readyIdentify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutionsTechnical ContributionContribute to system design and architectural decisionsHelp improve consistency, scalability, and reliability of the platformWork closely with leadership on technical direction when neededCollaborationWork directly with US-based leadership and product team (with overlapping hours)Collaborate with a distributed engineering team to ensure smooth deliveryCommunicate clearly around progress, blockers, and solutionsWhat We're Looking ForIdeally should possess at least 6 years of full stack development experienceStrong backend experience with Java (Spring Boot or similar)Strong frontend experience with React and Next.jsExperience building and maintaining production applicationsExperience working in distributed or remote teamsStrong communication skills and a proactive mindsetComfortable taking ownership and working independentlyActively uses tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar in daily workComfortable using AI to improve productivity, debugging, and code qualityInterested in applying AI to real-world engineering challenges#J-18808-Ljbffr
