A&D is a specialized sector within the Oliver Wyman consulting business, covering commercial aerospace, defense, space and government services with broad expertise across corporate growth, commercial strategy, transformation, operational effectiveness, and Private Capital-related work.This is a business-facing Knowledge Management role for someone who can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understand sector priorities, and turn project experience and intellectual capital into practical, reusable knowledge assets. The role requires strong ownership, proactivity, and the ability to drive initiatives from idea through execution and adoption.The successful candidate will work closely with A&D leadership, Partners, Consultants, Knowledge Services colleagues, and related support functions. They will help shape and deliver the A&D knowledge agenda, strengthen knowledge capture and reuse, and advance practical AI-enabled ways of working across KM workflows.The ideal candidate has a background in knowledge management, consulting or research, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate with structure, pace, and independence. There is no option to be fully remote.The applicable base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $126,000.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
