Considering a host of recent initiatives, significant retail distribution opportunities, and high-growth e-commerce initiatives, there is no shortage of exciting projects for the Every Man Jack team.THE ROLEThe Logistics and Deployment Specialist plays an essential role in the successful execution of our overall logistics and inventory management strategy. They enable success by ensuring our 3PLs has the appropriate inventory levels, processes, and standards to be successful. The candidate must be able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will be an intelligent team player - someone approachable with a positive, innovative and professional attitude who works smarter, not harder and takes on a "sleeves-rolled-up" and a "can-do" attitude when faced with challenges.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLogistics ManagementDrive transportation and logistics optimization by analyzing network performance, improving routing strategies, and partnering with 3PLs and carrier provider to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiencyDevelop and maintain scalable SOPs in collaboration with 3PL partnersCollaborate with Finance to reconcile and approve 3PL invoices; resolve discrepanciesInventory DeploymentMonitor and manage inventory levels across 200+ SKUs to support demand forecasts and service levelsExecute inventory deployment strategies to ensure optimal product placement across the networkCollaborate with Supply and Demand Planning to align inventory with forecasts, lead times, and availabilityMaintain inventory levels within main 3PL locations to support E-commerce businessIdentify and resolve inventory discrepancies and shortages in partnership with internal teams and 3PL providersAdditional ResponsibilitiesOversee e-commerce fulfillment technology (including ShipStation) to support the business, ensure KPI performance, and optimize order management workflows.Manage end-to-end fulfillment strategies across retail and e-commerce channels, balancing cost, service levels, and delivery performance.Serve as the primary liaison between e-commerce team and fulfillment partners, and to manage inventory levels, stock availability, back orders, and internal shipment coordination.Analyze operational and network performance metrics (inbound/outbound volumes, fill rates, delivery, order status) to identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and enhance throughput and efficiency.Support Basecamp inventory request by creating and coordinating transfer ordersTHE CANDIDATECandidates must be passionate, organized, and love developing personal care, grooming, or skin care products. This person is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
