They are creators, architects, nurses, researchers, programmers, marketers, facilitators, developers, investors, and caregivers, all focused on making a positive impact on the lives of residents, their families and team members.We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our amazing team!Responsibilities:Cleans public areas and resident's apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areasPerforms all housekeeping duties including: Distributing laundered articles and linensReplacing and hanging draperiesChanging bedsCleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies as neededSweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors; cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperiesDusting furniture and equipmentPolishing metalworkWashing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sillsPerforms all laundry duties including: Washing, drying and ironing resident laundry and community linens and textiles in provided appliancesFolding and/or hanging laundry appropriatelyDistributing laundered articles and linensReplacing and hanging draperies and changing bedsMaintains resident laundry areas including mopping floors and washing walls regularlyWashes windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requestedKeeps utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly conditionDisinfects and sterilizes equipment and suppliesStocks cleaning cart with suppliesEmpties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal areaEnsures with maintenance that trash and dumpster areas are cleanCompletes maintenance work orders for any maintenance repairs neededReports resident issues or changes in health or living status promptlyReports potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to SupervisorMay perform other duties as assignedRequirementsConnect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interactionArrives to work on timeAbsence and tardiness are minimalAppearance is neat, clean, and according to dress codeObserves safety and security proceduresUses equipment and materials properlyAbility to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidaysBenefitsWe offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life and voluntary life, 401k with employer matching, paid holidays, and up to 20 days PTO in the first three years.Background Screening RequirementEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening in accordance with Florida law and company policy.
