Pay rate range: $50-55/hr3 month contract-to-hirePosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Creative Project Manager to lead cross-functional marketing and product initiatives from concept to execution. This role sits at the intersection of creative, marketing, and product teams—ensuring that brand storytelling, packaging, campaigns, and digital assets are delivered on time, on brand, and on strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn timelines, workflows, and deliverables for creative projects across marketing, product launches, and brand campaignsCoordinate between internal teams (creative, regulatory, marketing, product) and external partners (agencies, freelancers, printers)Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detailTranslate marketing objectives into clear creative briefsOversee development of assets including packaging, digital ads, email campaigns, social media content, and website updatesEnsure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirementsLead creative execution for new product launches, including timelines, asset creation, and cross-channel rolloutImprove workflows, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and team productivityImplement and manage project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp)Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, timelines, and approvalsPresent progress and results to leadership and key stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field3–6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in CPG, wellness, beauty, or nutraceutical industriesStrong understanding of creative processes (design, copy, branding, digital marketing)Experience product launch timelines is highly preferredProficiency in project management tools and collaboration platformsINDBH
