You'll collaborate across teams, lead innovation in learning systems, and ensure that both faculty and students have the tools and support they need to thrive.If you're passionate about education, technology, and meaningful impact - we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoLead Technology-Enhanced LearningPartner with academic leaders, faculty, and the learning design team to integrate technology into curriculum and course deliveryEnsure a seamless, high-quality experience across learning systems, including the LMSEvaluate and recommend new tools that enhance teaching and learning Drive Operational ExcellenceManage course shell migration and ensure timely readiness for each termMaintain and optimize instructional technology systems and resourcesCollaborate with IT partners to resolve system integrations (e.g., Canvas, CampusNexus)Troubleshoot technical issues and support system-related requests Empower Faculty & StaffCreate clear, user-friendly guides and resourcesDeliver training and professional development in partnership with the Center for Teaching ExcellenceSupport adoption of tools like Respondus, analytics platforms, and other integrated technologies Lead & CollaborateSupervise and mentor an Instructional TechnologistServe as a key liaison across departments and external partnersBuild strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure aligned, effective solutions Use Data to Improve OutcomesCollect and analyze data to evaluate technology effectivenessSupport program reviews and accreditation efforts with LMS and system dataContinuously refine processes based on insights and evolving best practices What's in It for YouAt Joyce University, we invest in the success and well-being of our employees. Your growth is supported.RequirementsWhat You Bring Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in education, computer science, or related field (required)Master's in educational technology or learning design (preferred)Experience with LMS platforms (Canvas preferred), Respondus, CampusNexus, and Office 365Background in higher education and instructional technology Skills & StrengthsStrong technical expertise across educational systems and toolsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionClear, adaptable communication across diverse audiencesA proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solvingExperience leading projects and supporting team members How You'll Show Up At Joyce, how we work matters just as much as what we do.
