Tactical Gear Brand Media and Content Coordinator

Media & Content Coordinator AXL Advanced is seeking a highly motivated Media & Content Coordinator to help support content creation, product launches, social media, customer engagement, and day-to-day media operations for one of the fastest-growing tactical gear brands in the industry. We are looking for someone who: Understands modern tactical gear and firearms culture Can create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube Shorts Understands how to communicate products and gear setups to end users Is organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently Wants to help grow a respected tactical gear brand Responsibilities: Assist with creating and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Shopify, and email Help create engaging short-form video content focused on products, gear setups, launches, and tactical use-cases Assist with product launches, newsletters, social posts, and promotions Coordinate with internal teams to help keep content and launches organized and on schedule Interact with customers through Instagram DMs, comments, story replies, and social media engagement Help foster positive relationships with customers, creators, influencers, and industry homies Assist with photography, videography, editing, captions, and social media publishing Support website and Shopify content updates when needed Attend trade shows, range days, industry events, and media shoots when needed Qualifications: Must understand tactical gear, firearms accessories, and modern equipment setups Must be able to independently configure/load tactical equipment setups without assistance Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and modern social media platforms Comfortable shooting/editing short-form video content Organized, self-motivated, and dependable Strong communication skills Photography/video editing experience preferred Shopify, Klaviyo, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar experience preferred Additional Information: Full-time onsite position in Wylie, Texas (75098) Some travel, trade shows, range events, and industry events may be required Employee discounts and industry access available after 90 days Medical, Dental, and Vision after 60 days 401k with company match after 1 year PTO after 90 days Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour About Us: AXL Advanced designs and manufactures high-performance upgrades and stand alone products for Military and Law Enforcement for use with gear made by Crye Precision, Spiritus Systems, FirstSpear, Velocity Systems, Mayflower, S&S Precision, Ferro Concepts, LBT (London Bridge Traders), Eagle Industries, and other great Military/LE gear brands.
