This role will lead Agile teams, drive project execution, and support delivery of scalable solutions across software, infrastructure, and digital platforms.The ideal candidate is an Agile practitioner with strong project management experience and a passion for leveraging modern technologies to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvementManage and optimize project tracking using JIRA and advanced tools such as Structure Board, Advanced Roadmapping, and Big PictureDefine project scope, deliverables, and detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetsPartner with leadership and stakeholders to communicate project vision, objectives, and progressBuild and maintain effective cross-functional project teams and stakeholder relationshipsMonitor project performance and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectivesIdentify risks, track issues, and escalate concerns with recommended action plansApply project management best practices including financial management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and root cause analysisManage multiple projects, priorities, and resources effectivelyProvide updates and reporting to senior leadership to support decision-makingDrive continuous improvement initiatives and support Agile and Lean methodologiesPromote team accountability, collaboration, and shared ownership of outcomesRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeExperience working in Agile environments with hands-on use of tools such as JIRA or similar platformsProven experience managing projects involving software development, infrastructure, or cybersecurity initiativesExperience developing and managing project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar toolsAbility to travel up to 25% as neededWork authorization that allows employment without sponsorshipPreferred QualificationsAdvanced experience with JIRA, including plug-ins such as Structure Board, Advanced Roadmapping, and Big PictureExperience working in regulated, manufacturing, or government-related environmentsFamiliarity with SAP or ERP systemsExperience supporting initiatives related to:Business intelligence or data platformsApplication developmentInfrastructure or cybersecurityExperience working across both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologiesPMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalentTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
