While the position is primarily based in our office, you'll also have opportunities to do ride-alongs to stay connected with field operations.In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a talented team of technicians, ensuring that they perform at their best while handling equipment repair and maintenance. You will play a critical role in monitoring and developing departmental budgets, goals, and objectives, making sure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
