Service Warranty Administrator

Position Overview:The warranty administrator is responsible for reviewing and completing warranty claims. This includes preparing, recording, reconciling warranty claims and submitting them to the appropriate party.Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:Process all claims by next business day following RO close dateHandle and resolve claim corrections and charge backsFlag the technicians for the hours earned on the service they performedAssist service consultants and technicians with any warranty questionsAssist service consultants in closing all open warranty RO'sReview every warranty repair order written for proper documentation, accuracy and eligibility according tothe policies and procedures.Requirements for employment:High School diploma or the equivalentTwo years experience in an automotive dealershipReynolds & Reynolds is a plusAutomotive mechanical repair knowledgeMath & Writing skillsAbility to pass pre employment drug-screening and background checkSam Galloway Ford-Lincoln has been family owned and operated since 1927 in Ft.
