Cabinet Finisher

Role Description This is a full-time, in-house Cabinet Finisher role located in Monroe, GA. The Cabinet Finisher will be responsible for preparing, staining, painting, and finishing wood and other surfaces to create high-quality finished cabinetry. Daily tasks include dissasembly, sanding, polishing, applying paint or stain, assembly and ensuring the final product meets design specifications. The role involves working collaboratively with carpentry teams and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Qualifications Proficiency in surface preparation techniques, sanding, painting, and stainingExperience in woodworking, cabinetry finishing, and operating tools such as sprayers and sandersKnowledge of color matching, finishes, and durability requirementsAttention to detail and precision to meet high-quality standardsAbility to understand and interpret design specifications and blueprintsStrong organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient workspaceComfortable working in-house, adhering to safety protocols and timelinesPrior experience in cabinetry or furniture finishing is a plus
