Electronics Test & Validation Technician

In this role, you’ll help bring high-performance electronic products to life—inspecting, assembling, testing, and troubleshooting systems used across the globe. A Day in the Life You arrive at our modern, climate-controlled facility and review the production schedule. You rotate to the line that needs you most, set up test equipment, run functional checks, and fine-tune machinery. Between runs, you’ll perform hand soldering and basic repairs, verify results with automated and manual diagnostics, and communicate findings to team leaders and engineers. When the next product switches in, you pivot—new setup, new inspection criteria, same commitment to quality. What You’ll Do Carry out both manual and automated assembly tasks for electronic products and systems. Perform hand soldering, visual inspection, and basic repair activities on PCB assemblies. Set up, operate, and adjust testing equipment and production machinery. Complete machine setups and perform first-level preventive maintenance. Run electronic and functional tests using automated and non-automated diagnostic tools. Inspect using visual, electronic, mechanical, and automated methods to verify product quality. Pinpoint defects, troubleshoot down to component level, and report findings to team leads and engineers. Move between production lines and products as business needs require. What You Bring Background in electronics manufacturing, testing, assembly, or repair. Strength in component-level troubleshooting of products and equipment. Proven soldering skills and experience working with PCB assemblies. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and technical documentation. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality standards. Comfort using multimeters, test gear, and diagnostic tools; Linux experience is a plus.
