Job Description Position Summary If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.The Hotel Sales Lead / Front Desk Associate is a demanding position responsible for supporting hotel revenue growth through proactive sales efforts while also delivering exceptional guest service at the front desk. This position will work three (3) days per week in Front Desk Operations and two (2) days per week focused on Sales and Business Development activities.The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, sales-driven, and passionate about hospitality. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to generate new business opportunities for extended stay and group segments.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Operations (3 Days Per Week)Provide exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest stayHandle guest inquiries, reservations, and problem resolution professionally and efficientlyMaintain brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction scores remain highSupport daily hotel operations, including communication between departmentsLead and motivate front desk team members to identify and capture sales opportunitiesEnsure front desk team submits a minimum of 15 qualified lead forms per weekSales & Business Development (2 Days Per Week)Prospect and develop new Extended Stay Local Negotiated Rate (LNR) accounts and group business opportunitiesConduct a minimum of 20 cold calls per week to potential clients and business partnersGenerate new leads through networking, community outreach, business visits, and relationship buildingFollow all company procedures related to group contracts and LNR agreementsMaintain accurate sales activity records, lead tracking, and account follow-upCoordinate with hotel leadership to achieve revenue and occupancy goalsParticipate in local sales initiatives and community events as neededQualificationsPrevious hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferredSales or business development experience strongly preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational and time-management xmcpwfu abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet weekly sales activity quotasComfortable making outbound sales calls and prospecting new businessProficient with hotel property management systems and Microsoft OfficeFlexible schedule including weekends and holidays as neededPerformance ExpectationsMinimum of 20 cold calls completed weeklyProspect new extended stay LNR accounts and group business opportunities consistentlyEnsure front desk team achieves 15 lead forms submitted weeklyFollow all company sales contract procedures accurately and timelyContribute to hotel revenue growth and guest satisfaction goalsSubmit weekly sales reports every Friday
