Acts as the primary internal contact. Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable.Key Responsibilities Ensure that requests are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with standard policies.Create the customer structure and accounts within various systems.Ensure that customers receive quality service for all operational activities supported.Adheres to corporate policies and procedures and complies with applicable laws and regulations.Maintenance of required procedures, documentation and evidence to enable audit trails.Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentTwo years' relevant experiencePreferred Skills/Experience Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment.Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Effective customer relations, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Proficient computer skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office.
