Personal Care Aide

Job Description A Personal Care Aide provides compassionate, hands-on assistance to clients who need help with daily living activities due to aging, illness, disability, or recovery from surgery. The PCA supports the client's physical, emotional, and social well-being while promoting independence and dignity in the home or care setting.Personal CareAssist with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressingHelp with toileting and incontinence careProvide skin care and repositioning to prevent breakdownAssist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation (using gait belt or other devices if trained)Daily Living SupportPrepare and assist with meals according to dietary needsHelp with feeding when necessaryPerform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, changing bed linens)Run errands such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions (if assigned)Company DescriptionAt our core, we are a compassionate, family-owned and operated home care agency dedicated to treating every client like one of our own.
