Operations Administrative AssistantWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Operations Administrative Assistant to oversee and manage office operations at four of our locations in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily office functions, including facility maintenance and supply management.Monitor office space utilization and coordinate layout adjustments as needed.Support staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.Serve as a point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues.Maintain office safety protocols and coordinate with maintenance staff as required.Prepare and maintain records for audits and compliance checks.Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Proven experience in office administration or facility management.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to travel as needed.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
