Engineering ManagerWe have a fantastic opportunity available for an Engineering Manager to join an established military and aerospace electronics manufacturer near Endwell, NY.This is an excellent growth opportunity, ideal for a Senior or Lead Systems / Electrical Engineer that is ready to take the next step in their career into people management, while staying technically involved.Job Duties:Management (70%):Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (EE, ME, CE).Delegate work, set priorities, and track delivery metrics.Technical (30%):Participate in circuit design reviews and technical decision-making.Partner with manufacturing, quality, and program teams.Education and Experience:BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (MS preferred).5–10+ years of electronics engineering experience.Senior/Lead Engineer or Technical Lead background.Strong circuit design and schematic review skills.Interest in growing into formal engineering leadership.
