Job Opportunity Part-Time Seasonal: Sunday-Tuesday 6:45 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.Positions Location: East Lansing, MIJob Description General Purpose of Job: To provide world class customer service and assistance to members and guests entering the facility by saying "hello" and "goodbye", utilizing names, acknowledging everyone, and always staying consistent and informed.Essential Duties:Greeting each member and guestAccepting ownership and responsibilityMaintaining knowledge on current club programsScheduling/reserving courtsSign-up for program registrationProblem solving.POS TransactionsAnswering phones, paging, and placing calls into VM.Renting out equipmentFond FarewellJob Requirements General Requirements: NoneWork Experience: Previous customer service experience required.Education: High School DiplomaSpecialized Knowledge and Skills: Required: Must have a friendly disposition and the desire to work with people.
