You will play a key role in driving the development of our autofill classification models by managing, optimizing, and analyzing datasets. Learn more at KeeperSecurity.com.About The RoleAs a Data Analyst on the AI & Threat Analytics team, you will own the entire lifecycle of data collection, preprocessing, and management for machine learning models. Working closely with our engineers, you'll leverage HTML and DOM structures to build and refine datasets, while running feature engineering experiments to enhance our autofill classification models. You'll also generate synthetic datasets using LLMs and explore complex data patterns to optimize model performance. This role is critical to moving our ML initiatives forward by ensuring the team has the highest quality data available.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing process for HTML-based datasets used in machine learning applicationsUtilize web analysis tools to extract and structure data from DOM environments for model training and validationCollaborate with ML Engineers to support feature engineering experiments, and produce training datasets to meet model requirementsGenerate and augment synthetic datasets using LLMs to enhance training data balance and availabilityAnalyze data using dimensionality reduction techniques (t-SNE, PCA, UMAP) to explore feature strengths and improve dataset qualityAutomate data workflows to streamline data processing, manipulation, and transformationDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data workflows, processes, and methodologies to ensure lineage, reproducibility, and scalabilityCreate validation/data quality systems to ensure consistency and integrity across all datasetsRequirements2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a cybersecurity or ML-focused environmentProficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis (Pandas, NumPy), and automation of data workflowsStrong experience with web analysis tools (e.g., Selenium, BeautifulSoup) and a deep understanding of HTML and DOM structures for data extraction and preprocessingFamiliarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques such as tokenization, stop word removal, and lemmatization for text data preparationExperience generating synthetic datasets and using LLMs to supplement machine learning dataAbility to collaborate effectively with ML Engineers and other technical teamsStrong problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to ensuring data quality and governanceFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data storage and processingBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experienceDue to this role's involvement in GovCloud, all applicants must be a US PersonBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision (Inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental lifeVoluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401k (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)Above market annual bonusesKeeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. FederalE-Verify program.
