Service Advisor
Adecco is assisting a client in Enfield who is recruiting for a Service Advisor. This is a permanent position. Salary is based on experience. If your skills match the summary and responsibilities below, apply online to: adecco.com Position Summary: Service advisor schedule is - 7:00 am -3:30pm (8:00-4:30 for training for the 1st month or so) Responsibilities: The Service Advisor is responsible for the administrative/secretarial needs of the service department. Other duties include: answering phone calls from customers and appropriating to correct personnel; and working with division personnel as necessary to accomplish the job at hand - meeting our customers expectations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Generating repair orders from service requests. Answering phone calls into the service department. Provide estimates to customers if needed. Process all repair orders prior to equipment being delivered or picked up. Generate appropriate shipping and delivery paperwork. Complete all billing for the service department. Apply parts to all service tech work orders. Responsible for the customer to sign repair order when dropping off or picking up equipment. Process P.O.'s for vendors and shop merchandise. Typing of correspondence as needed for division personnel. Scheduling all shop repairs. Assist in inventory control. Keeping the work area clean and organized. Assisting on any special projects as requested. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Experience Six months to one year related experience SKILLS & ABILITIES Computer Skills Computer knowledge necessary. Certificates & Licenses High School Diploma or equivalent. Other Requirements Excellent administrative/secretarial skills. Good communication skills. Ability to work well with others.
