No two days will look the same, and you will have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.The Details:Location: Rotating across 3 DFW-area sites with hybrid flexibility (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm with occasional flexibilityDuration: Full-year temp assignment with strong potential for permanent conversionStart: ASAPKey Responsibilities Include:Owning and managing the company's HRIS system (Workday experience is a significant advantage)Supporting onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, employee letter generation, orientation, and I-9sAssisting with performance management, training coordination, and employee development initiativesCollecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data and key metricsServing as a collaborative, people-first partner across a dynamic and high-caliber teamWhat We're Looking For:1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (recent graduates with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply)Workday experience strongly preferred — this will set you apartProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word); v-lookups and pivot tables a plusA naturally curious, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindsetPolished communication skills — you will interact with everyone from entry-level employees to senior executivesStrong data and systems aptitude — you love working with numbers and figuring things outSpanish language skills a plusWhy This Opportunity?This is not your average temp role.
