Import / Entry Customs Coordinator

Role Description We are looking for an Import / Entry Customs Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role located in Edinburg, TX. The coordinator will handle customs brokerage processes, monitor import shipments, prepare and verify required documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities also include communicating with customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations. The role requires resolving issues with customs entries and maintaining accurate import records. Qualifications Experience with Customs Brokerage and Import processesStrong Customer Service skills with an ability to address inquiries and resolve issuesProficiency in managing Ocean freight and related logistics operationsExcellent Communication skills for coordination with customers, carriers, and internal teamsAttention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentKnowledge of compliance and import/export industry regulationsProficiency in applicable software and systems relevant to customs and logisticsPrevious experience in a similar role is strongly preferredBilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
