Lead Full Stack Engineer
Position: Lead Full Stack EngineerLocation: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)Pay: $130,000 to $175,000/yearEducation: An engineering degree is requiredType: Full-timeArray Corporation builds the systems underneath staffing and frontline work — scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, billing, and recruiting for people who show up to warehouses, plants, and job sites. We also build performance assessment for frontline work: measuring output fairly, in environments where the existing tools mostly don't. We're hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer to own a significant part of that platform. How we work: Over the past year, we've built agent coverage across our development lifecycle: issue triage, feature planning, implementation, security remediation, code review, acceptance criteria, and browser testing. Most merged code is now agent-authored. Engineers direct the work, define the interfaces and constraints, review the judgment calls, and own the result. The effect is that a small team ships considerably more than its headcount suggests. Pull requests merged per engineer rose 184% from Q1 to Q2, and 95th-percentile cycle time fell 33%. We're looking for someone who wants that leverage pointed at real business problems.
