Key Responsibilities Technical Strategy Leadershi p: Define and execute strategies across modern (Java/Angular) and legacy (PowerBuilder) platforms. Legacy Application Maintenanc e: Troubleshoot, fix bugs/defects, and add new functionality to PowerBuilder applications Migration Stabilit y: Guarantee the stability of PowerBuilder applications throughout the migration lifecycle Functional Specification Translatio n: Convert legacy source code into clear functional specifications for new system development Unified Architecture Enforcemen t: Establish and enforce consistent architectures, processes, and standards across teams .Qualification Strong experience with Java, Angular, and PowerBuilde r Proven ability to manage both legacy system s and modern application developmen t Expertise in system migration, functional specification writing, and architecture governanc e Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams .
