Field Service Pump Mechanic-Pay up to 40/h DOE

Job Description Seeking a Field Service Technician with pump experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Richmond, CA.This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k! Pay: $35 - $40 per hour (based on experience)Responsibilities:Repair, fabricate, install and remove a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps as well as other related rotating equipment, both in-shop and in the field; also, system troubleshooting, field alignment and equipment start-up, maintain company vehicles and shop equipment, accurately and professionally complete all field tickets and job reports.Responsible to complete all tasks from installation, startup, scheduled maintenance, functional & performance testing, training, project closeout, and warranty transitionCheck all equipment after installation and prior to start-up of pumps and associated equipment within the allotted time and in a professional mannerGet service tickets signed by appropriate company representative before leaving locationWorks with customer to understand equipment issues, troubleshoot and diagnose root-cause problems, and arranges necessary parts and service to resolve issuesCommunicate relevant customer comments, inquiries, questions or concerns to appropriate personnelBe available for after-hours field service when neededQualifications:High School Diploma required3-5 years pump experienceExperience with rotating equipment repairExperience with vibration and alignment toolsMust have your own hand toolsAdditional Information:Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsWorking Conditions: Outside field jobs; extreme cold/heatTravel: As needed; acceptable driving record according to company guidelines; company vehicleIf you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!Once you apply, please text "FPM" to 813-579-1392 for a faster replyINDHPowered by JazzHRmbieN5T2VJ
