Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Description Description:Omnia Exterior Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our growing Finance team. This role is responsible for leading billing, collections, payment processing, and receivables management across multiple operating companies. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to improve cash flow, reduce outstanding receivables, and support operational excellence.This position partners closely with Sales, Production, Project Management, and Finance leadership to ensure timely invoicing, accurate payment processing, and effective collections strategies while maintaining a positive customer experience.Requirements:Lead accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, payment processing, and account reconciliationMonitor aging reports and proactively manage past-due balancesDevelop and implement strategies to improve collections performance and reduce bad debtReview contracts, change orders, and billing documentation to ensure accuracy and complianceSupport commercial billing processes, including progress billing, retainage tracking, and payment applicationsCollaborate with project managers, sales teams, and production teams to resolve billing issues and facilitate payment collectionGenerate AR reporting and provide insights to leadership regarding trends, risks, and opportunitiesAssist with month-end close activities and financial auditsIdentify process improvement opportunities and help drive efficiencies across the AR functionWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections experienceStrong understanding of customer payment methods, collections strategies, and dispute resolutionExperience with ERP/accounting systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with construction, roofing, home services, or insurance-related billing is a plusExperience with liens, legal collections processes, or commercial contract billing is preferredWhy Join Omnia?Opportunity to support a growing platform of industry-leading exterior services companiesCollaborative and team-oriented cultureHigh visibility role with direct impact on company performanceCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunity to influence processes and drive continuous improvement
