Hyatt Centric Waikiki, located off Kuhio Ave in the heart of Waikiki, is seeking a Guest Service Agent/Front Office Agent to join our amazing Front Office team.The philosophy of the Centric brand is to encourage exploration of the destination, and to that end the Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach is true to its name. Our 230 modern, luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites are the best home base for visitors as they seek out adventure in paradise. Our guests stay here and go everywhere.Guest Service Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. Previous Front Office experience preferred. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Guest Service Agent.
