Responsibilities include separating and sorting plastic sheets, boxing, labeling, and weighing inventory, and following a designated grinding schedule. The individual will load materials into grinding equipment to convert them into pellet form for reuse in sheet production, as well as perform machine teardown, cleaning, and maintenance. The role also involves staging materials for upcoming jobs and working closely with the production team to ensure efficiency and workflow continuity. Training will include exposure to additional production floor duties to build a comprehensive understanding of all positions and processes. Candidates must be comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and be able to perform other tasks as assigned by management while maintaining safety and operational standards.
