Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Evening and Weekend availability is required.Job RequirementsRun food and beverages out to the correct tables as they appear in the window. Check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers. Communicate with server and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an orderBe aware of and be able to inform Guests of Pacific Catch’s ingredients and components of all food and beverage items, as well as how to find this information if more details are neededEnsures that all necessary condiments and that appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are available (and clean) for GuestsDuring any downtime, proactively assist other team members or as requested by the manager. Make sure to-go roll-ups (napkin, fork, chopsticks, and knife rolled-up) and server station are stockedExercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimum breakageEducation / ExperienceHigh school education required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plusMinimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferredPHYSICALMust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in lengthMust be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 poundsCompensation$18.75 Per HourMaintaining our Team Members and Guests safety is of the utmost importance to Pacific Catch, Inc.
