Housekeeping Supervisor - Inspector - Bilingual

The Hilton Charlotte University Place is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and solid knowledge of brand standards.Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.Apply today to become part of our team.Responsibilities:Oversee staff daily, including, but not limited to, Room Attendants, Housepersons, Public/Lobby Attendants, and Laundry AttendantsCheck rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness and identify deficiencies that need to be corrected, and ensure standards are metEstablish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standardsMotivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the jobRespond to customer complaints and special requestsMonitor and replenish cleaning products stock, including floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber glovesParticipate in large cleaning projects as requiredEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areasPerform additional Housekeeping duties as needed, including, but not limited to, guest room cleaning, laundry, public area cleaning, stock replenishment, etcQualifications:Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar roleHands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizationsAbility to use industrial cleaning equipment and productsExcellent organizational and team management skillsStamina to handle the physical demands of the jobFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsA high school diploma is a plusBilingual candidates will receive preferred considerationAbout Company:Our lakeside hotel is located in Charlotte, NC, a half-mile from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and steps from The Shoppes at University Place.
