What You'll Do: • Develop and grow B2B relationships in the commercial and fleet vehicle market • Assist clients in selecting the right vehicles, upfits, and financing solutions • Perform vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and onsite visits with business clients • Negotiate deals professionally and guide customers through the purchase process • Coordinate seamless vehicle deliveries and provide product education • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up communication • Stay current on Ford products, commercial upfits, and industry trends • Build long-term relationships through ongoing customer support You'll Work With Products Like:Ford F-150, F-250, F-350, and Super Duty TrucksFord Transit Cargo Vans & Cutaway ModelsChassis Cab Trucks, Dump Bodies, Service Bodies & Upfitted UnitsMedium-duty commercial trucksPre-owned commercial inventory Requirements What We're Looking For:Sales experience in a commission-based or B2B environment preferredStrong work ethic, self-motivation, and professionalismExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to operate a variety of vehicle typesValid driver's license required
