The VHA HEFP Special Engineering Program (SEP) manages nationally prioritized, high-impact capital initiatives, including the Electronic Health Record Modernization, Facility Recapitalization, and Targeted Infrastructure programs. SEP establishes national priorities to ensure consistent, enterprise-wide alignment and execution. Gritter Francona is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support this potential project.Key Responsibilities: Serves as the Contractor's lead for each assigned program area in the HEFP portfolio. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinatesSupports on-boarding of contract staff to assigned programWorks with COR, technical representative, and CO for any contract issuesResponsible for contract performance in assigned program, leading senior management briefings, and should be a recognized expert in field of VHA capital and/or project managementCoordinates identification of risk and variance to HEFP Program Engineers for assessment, delegation and/or resolutionTracks and manages project execution in assigned program area; identifies tasks that are supposed to be done and milestones met, following up with HEFP Program Engineers if there are issues that can't be resolvedOversees contract performance in assigned program area.
