Prasco Seasonal Help The Prasco Seasonal Staff employee is dedicated to the seamless support of Prasco and Prasco Park events. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the success of both business and events. The role is seasonal and will be paid at an hourly rate. During the spring/summer 2026 season, the successful candidate will follow the schedule set by the department. This may include working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with shift lengths of up to 12 hours per day.Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):Proactively provide excellent customer service to every guest of Prasco and Prasco ParkProvide accurate & prompt food service to all guests (concessions and cafe)Assist in maintaining safe and well-organized eventsMaintain cleanliness and appearance of facilityPerform various administrative tasksAssist with production work; this includes running cameras, music. replays, video boards, etc.Attend training, staff meetings as requiredWillingness to assist with additional projects as desired by departmentQualifications This position works days/nights. Onsite Mason, OHMust be 18 years of age or olderCapable of working independently as well as part of a teamStrong interpersonal and communication skillsReliable and self-motivatedFlexibilityProfessional appearance and demeanorCollege experience preferredAbility to perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions such as rain, cold/hot days if necessary.Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and execute other duties associated with set-up of events.The expectation for all employees is to support the company's mission, vision, culture, and core values while adhering to all company policies.
