Director of Bridge Sales

Position Overview A direct commercial real estate bridge lender is seeking a Bridge Loan Officer to support its expansion in the Bay Area and throughout Northern California. The firm has recently increased its bridge lending capacity through a new institutional partnership, creating additional capital availability and a need for an experienced originator to develop and grow lending relationships in the region.This role is focused on originating bridge and DSCR loans, building a sustainable pipeline, and establishing a strong presence within the Northern California market.
