Job Description###Locums | Orthopedic Surgery | Clinic + Call | Bullhead City, AZ (IMLC accepted)###Why This Role Ongoing opportunity with quick 5-7 day credentialing timeframe Mix of inpatient and outpatient coverage in a 12-bed department Full-scope orthopedic cases including total joints and revisions Responsive support team with RN and MA assistance###Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Schedule: Clinic and inpatient coverage with beeper call; specific clinic hours to be determined Patients per Day: 5-7 Call Details: Beeper call; 15-minute response time; 100 percent call coverage; 5-7 patients seen; up to 6 admissions EMR: Athena and Medhost###Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery Active Arizona license or IMLC and active Arizona DEA ACLS and BLS Clean history###Clinical Details Scope: General orthopaedic surgery including inpatient consults, surgical cases, and outpatient clinic in a Level IV trauma setting Typical Procedures: Arthroscopy Total joint replacement (hip, knee, and other joints) Joint revision and repair (shoulder, hip, knee, and other joints) Spine procedures with and without instrumentation Tendon release and repair Peripheral nerve procedures###Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
